Srinagar | Taking a jibe at the Centre over the much-hyped Prime Minister Narendra Modis maiden visit to China in May, National Conference working president Omar Abdullah asked if it had achieved anything for India diplomatically.
Referring to the incident in which China has blocked India’s move in the UN for action against Pakistan, Mr Abdullah said, Someone please remind me what exactly that much publicised visit of the PM to China has achieved for India, diplomatically or otherwise!!!!
The tweet by the former chief minister came after China blocked Indias move in the United Nations for seeking action against Pakistan for releasing 26/11 mastermind Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi from jail on the ground that India has not provided ‘sufficient information’.
