ICC chief visits temple in kerala

Kannur | Chairman of the International Cricket Council (ICC) and former President of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) N Srinivasan today visited the famous Raja Rajeswara temple at Thaliparamba in the district today and offered worship (Ponninkudam) to the Almighty.
Talking to newspersons here, Mr Srinivasan said that he is an ardent devotee of the renowned temple for a long time. He has nothing else to comment on any issue, since this was his personal visit, he reasoned.
Earlier, Mr Srinivasan motored down to the city from Karipur Airport and reached the temple around 1215 hrs before returning to Kozhikode at 1240 hrs. The authorities concerned in the temple had made necessary arrangements for his pooja.
It may be recalled that Mr Srinivasan had last visited this temple on
November 17, 2014.
