Talking to newspersons at a press conference here today, after the visit, Mr Om Birla said CPI(M) is unleashing violence and conducting brutal attacks, burning down and looting golds from BJP workers house in Azhikode. He said this heart rendering scene is never seen in his political life.
He said these issues would be taken up with BJP national leadership and also informing directly to the Prime minister and Union Home Minister. He also said this issue would be raised in Lok Sabha also. He alleged that the police and the government in the State had failed to provide security and protection to the people and jungle raj is prevailing in Kerala.
Mr Om Birla condemned the hanging of three dog carcass at Kathiroor today on the same spot of Killing of RSS district leader K Manoj by CPI(M) on the first death anniversary. He said CPI(M) is following anti democratic activities in Kannur. CPI(M) has failed ideologically to oppose the BJP and hence they are resting to the way of violence in Kerala.
He said the UDF and LDF are fighting in Kerala but they jointly oppose BJP at the Centre. In Kerala they are interested to get in power but only BJP can bring development in the State which is having high literacy rate and and natural resources to tap up on.
He said that CPI(M) has been reduced to Kerala and Tripura when the BJP has been accepted by people across the nation. This has left the CPI(M) in fear and this is reflecting in the violence and opposition posed by the party against BJP in Kannur.
