Dadri | Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will meet Iqlakh’s family. Iqlakh, who was fifty year old died recently and his son was seriously injured after a mob entered their house in Dadri and attacked their family over rumours that they had consumed beef on Monday night.
A day after he called the Dadri lynching incident as an outcome of divisive politics in the country. The meeting of Kejriwal, accompanied by Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and several senior AAP leaders comes a day after he described the Dadri incident as outcome of divisive politics and asked people to end such politics.”On Mahatma Gandhi’s birthday let us pledge to put an end to divisive politics. Beef ban murder a result of divisive politics. Let us stop this,”Mr Kejriwal tweeted yesterday.
The incident has evoked wide condemnation. The AAM aadmi party has demanded sacking of tourism minister Mahesh Sharma over his remark that the Dadri incident was an accident.
