State Chief Minister orders to conduct a enquiry about Indrani’s overdose of pills
Mumbai | Maharashtra Chief Minister, Devendra Fadnavis has directed jail authorities to conduct an inquiry into Indrani’s overdose of pills. She was taking pills on anti-epilepsy and anti depression drug, since last month. Mr Fadnavis has asked jail authorities how she got overdose of pills, as had to take one tablets daily by the jail authority.
Whether she had accumulated pills and had all at a time yesterday, or, anybody provide excess tablet to her. The Chief Miniter has asked authorities to submit the report as early as possible to the department, sources said. Taking action immediately after report published in media and social media, the chief minister has ordered to conduct an inquiry into the matter last night itself.
Indrani, a prime accused in high profile Sheena Bora murder case April 2012. The victim was her own daughter from earlier affair, was strangulated on April 24,2012 in a car and then disposed off in Raigad forest, with the help of her co-accused ex-husband Sanjeev Khanna and driver Shyam Rai.
The Raigad police had recovered remains on May 23,2012, but, they did not file FIR. When Rai was arrested by city police in some other case, had revealed about his involvement in murder of Sheena Bora, thereafter, involvement of Indrani was came in light and she was arrested.
