Bengaluru | Oct 13(UNI) Vodafone India today announced that it would launch its 4G services in Karnataka this year. The company would begin its operations initially at Bengaluru, Mysuru, Mangaluru and Hubballi in the State. A release said here, testing of 4G services has commenced successfully. Vodafone India has partnered with leading global technology infrastructure service-providers for the network roll-out.
In addition to offer its 3G customers a fabulous experience, the organisation confirmed that they have initiated several measures over the last few months, including significant investments and upgrading its own network, apart from modernising the radio-network and switching systems to deliver the enhanced 3G services.
The company has also upgraded facilitates for a wide range of products and services. Suresh Kumar, Operations Director, South, Vodafone India said we are excited to launch our new 4G services in the superior1800 MHz band and also provide a faster and enhanced 3G experience for our customers.
The company has invested more than Rs 725 crore in Karnataka for its network up-gradation.
