Kochi | Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrives in Nedumbassery International airport in cochin. Despite of all the the isssues Modi is welcomed by Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy along with Minister for Fisheries, Ports and Excise, K Babu. The welcoming ceremony will last for only five minutes. Chief Minister Oommen Chandy will also discuss the issue of withdrawing his invitation by Kerala SNDP to attend Prime Minister’s funnction which is organised by social organistaion.
Tight security arrangements are made. From Nedumbassery airport, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will go to Kuttanellur by Helicopter and fromn there he will go to Kochi, will reach Thekkinkadu Maidan by road, according to police sources.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be on two day trip to Kerala from today onwards. It will be the only party function for the Prime Minister. The District Collector has ordered a ban on helicopters above the Thekkinkadu Maidan and Sri C. Achutha Menon Government College, Kuttanellur, on December 14
