Thiruvananthapuram | DGP Jacob Thomas has evoked public attention with yet another controversial statement by alleging corruption in the Paattoor land deal.
In an interview to Asianet News, he said the State administration flawed in dealing with the matter.
“The people of Kerala know if the Bar bribery case involved corruption,” he said, adding that Chief Minister Oommen Chandy’s remarks had hurt him. At the same time, he made it clear that he has no animosity with anybody, including the Chief Minister.
It is high time Kerala make a retrospection regarding corruption in the state, according to the former State Fire and Rescue Services Chief. Kerala has now reached a state to display a bill board alerting “Beware of the corrupt,” said the senior IPS officer.
