Srinagar | Earlier, Jammu and Kashmir court On December 27 had said that both the flags, one with red and white along with three vertical stripes must be used on state government’s official buildings and vehicles. But a larger group of judges has finally susupended the order on friday.
State’s High Court on friday finally announced, only the national flags with tri-colour should be used on official buildings and vehicles of the government.
This verdict comes under the PDP-BJP government’s controversial circular on hoisting the state flag followed by decision to file an affidafict in march.
