Kottayam | Kerala Congress (Democratic) has decided to work in collaboration with leftist secular forces.
This was part of the new party’s political resolution, read out by senior leader Antony Raju at its State delegates-level conference held here yesterday.
Speaking on the occasion, party Chairman Francis George said in an apparent reference to Kerala Congress (M) leader KM Mani that it is not important how long one has been in power, but what he did for the people.
Later, P.C. Joseph raised doubts over the death of Kerala Congress founder K.M. George, who is also the father of Francis George. He demanded an explanation from K.M. Mani regarding who stabbed him from back.
