Mumbai | Conrad Hotels & Resorts, a Hilton Worldwide brand, has forayed into the country with the opening of Conrad Pune, offering 310 guest rooms including 20 suites.
The introduction of the Conrad brand in India marks a significant milestone for its expansion in South Asia, and Pune enjoys a robust demand for high-end hospitality from affluent travellers from around the globe, Conrad Pune General Manager Amit Midha said in a statement here.
Conrad Pune is owned by Palm Grove Beach Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the K Raheja Constructions Group. Located at Koregaon Park, Conrad Pune is spread across 450 square feet.
Hilton Worldwide is one the leading global hospitality companies, comprising over 4,600 managed, franchised, owned and leased hotels and timeshare properties with more than 7,58,000 rooms in 100 countries and territories, the statement said.
The company’s portfolio has 13 global brands including Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Canopy by Hilton, Curio – A Collection by Hilton, DoubleTree by Hilton, Embassy Suites by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, among others, it added.
