Ramesh Chennithala : If anybody is guilty, he wil be brought under law

Kollam | Home Minister of Kerala Ramesh Chennithala has said 106 people have been died so far and 383 people are in the various people who are admitted into the hospitals. Government is trying hard to find about their family members.

60 bodies so far have been identified and put on recognisation. Body will be here at Kollam for the identification process.

State government declared judicial probe and have registered a case. 10 lakh kit for the deceased will be given and 2 lakhs for the major injuries 50 thousand for the injured.

He further said Prime Minister has left the place  and currently waiting for Rahul Gandhi to arrive. Modi has been taking the brief account of how the incident occurred.

On being asked about temple not having permission for the fire cracks display, he said  i can’t tell now and all these things are left to inquiry process. He assured and said, one thing he can tell is that if anybody is guilty, then they will be brought under law and law  will punish. This kind of incident will not be allowed to repeat again.

Whether there has been any negligence from the authorities in the case or not he said, government of have Kerala have been issued various guidelines. We have to check.  He was on the spot since morning have been trying to engage the police and fire police and still trying.

He also said Visit of Rahul Gandhi will give relief for the people, no doubt about that. almost all the rescue operations are over now so Rahul’s visit wont affect the situations.
