Muvattupuzha | Muvattupuzha vigilance court has ordered the police to register a case against former ministers P.K. Kunjalikkutty and Adoor Prakash in a deal which facilitated private parties own surplus government land in Puthenvelikara in Ernakulam district.
Considering a petition challenging the previous government’s decision granting permission to construct an IT Park in Puthenvelikara by reclaiming land, and withdrawing the same later, Vigilance judge P. Madhavan Saturday quashed the preliminary report by Vigilance recommending that there is no need to register a case against the ministers.
Controversial swami Santhosh Madhavan is said to be the middleman in the deal.
