Thiruvananthapuram | A dharna led by UDF MLAs and leaders in protest against the state government’s anti-people policies began in front of the Secretariat here Wednesday.
Opposition leader Ramesh Chennithala, who inaugurated the sit in protest, unleashed a vehement attack on the government and the Chief Minister.
He alleged that Kerala has become a paradise of robbers under the rule of Pinarayi Vijayan.
He said we have a Chief Minister who criticize the police and a DGP who apologize to the people.
The UDF launched the agitation mainly demanding control of price rise of commodities and withdrawal of registration fee hike for partition deeds.
This is the UDF’s first public protest against the LDF government after it came to power.
